Yes, it is possible to confirm interviews with candidates using Greenhouse ATS by sending them calendar invites that include the recruiter. To do this follow the steps given below:
- Open Greenhouse ATS
- Click on Configure
- Press on the ‘Permissions’ option
- Navigate to Scheduling
- Turn on Send candidate calendar events via connected calendar integration
- Choose a candidate in Greenhouse Recruiting
- Hit Schedule
- Select your preferred calendar
- Hit Submit
- In your calendar, choose the interviewer(s)
- Check availability
- Send out invites
