To set up Custom Auto replies for FAQs on Interakt, follow the steps given below:

• Open Interakt
• Navigate to 'Settings'
• Click on 'FAQs'
• Add common questions with predefined replies
• Assign keywords to trigger auto-replies when customers ask specific questions

To send welcome, OOO, and delayed messages using Interakt, follow the steps given below:

• Open Interact
• Navigate to 'Settings'
• Go to 'Auto Replies'
• Now configure welcome message, Out of Office (OOO) Message and Delayed Message as per your requirements

The Conversation Analytics feature provides insights into metrics like response times, chat volumes, and agent performance. Businesses can use this data to improve customer service strategies. To access it you can simply navigate to the 'Analytics' section in Interakt.
