- Open ERPNext
- Navigate to Support
- Click on Settings
- Choose Service Level Agreement
- Set SLA rules like priority and response/resolution times
- Link them to customer issues under the Issue module
- Click on Support
- Choose Reports
- Click on SLA Compliance
- Monitor SLA compliance
- Customize the reports if needed via the report builder.
