factoTime provides GPS and selfie-based attendance tracking. Employees can log attendance via the mobile app by taking a selfie and enabling location access. This ensures accountability and real-time monitoring.

factoTime calculates salaries based on employee attendance, hourly rates, or fixed monthly wages.

To add employees in factoTime, follow the steps given below:

• Open factoTime
• Navigate to 'Employee Management'
• Hit 'Add Employee'
• Input the required details
• Hit Save.

Note: You can also set up user permissions if necessary.

To edit punch details as an admin user in factoTime, follow the steps given below:

• Open factoTime
• Navigate to the 'Attendance' tab
• Find the employee's punch details
• Select the day to alter
• Adjust the punch-in/out times as required
