How do I change the password of my RazorpayX account?

To reactivate your RazorpayX Payroll account, follow the steps given below:

• open your Razorpay account
• Go to the ‘Payroll’ section
• Start the process of reactivation by providing the required details

In RazorpayX you cannot cancel a payout once it is actively processing.

To add multiple bank accounts or VPA addresses to a contact on RazorpayX, follow the steps given below:

• Open your RazorpayX account
• go to the contact's profile
• Hit 'Add Fund Account'
• specify the details for each new bank account or VPA address you wish to add

To add the same bank account against many Contacts in RazorpayX, simply create a 'Fund Account' with the bank information once, then link that Fund Account to each Contact you wish to attach to it.

To block payouts to a contact in RazorpayX, follow the steps given below:

• Open your RazorpayX account
• Navigate to the specific contact
• Go to the contact details
• Use the 'deactivate' function
