How to View and Download Pay Slips in Paybooks?

To edit a payslip in Paybooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Paybooks account
• Navigate to Employees
• Click on the ‘More’ tab
• Under ‘Others’, hit ‘Payslip edit’
• Choose the month for which you wish to make changes
• Input the employee's code or name in the search bar
• Press on the ‘Get’ button
• Alter the pay slips for the selected employees
• Hit Save

To calculate salaries with and without income tax for specific employees in Paybooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Paybooks account
• Go to the 'Run Payroll' wizard
• Click on the 'Income Tax Computation' drop-down
• Click on 'Compute for this month' to determine taxes based on the earnings for the current month.
• You can manually change the tax amount for some employees by using the 'Override Income Tax' option, or you can select 'Consider Zero TDS' to completely avoid calculating income tax for certain employees.

• Stop payment

• Navigate to Transactions
• Click on ‘Hold/Release’ Salary
