If you've already processed a pay run, you won't be able to directly add prior payroll data. To enable prior payroll data import, you'll need to delete any existing pay runs and then follow the steps given below:
- Open your Zoho Payroll account
- Click on ‘Home’ on the left sidebar
- Press on the ‘Getting Started’ button in the upper right corner
- Click on the ‘Configure Prior Payroll’ option
- Enable Prior Payroll
