Model material not showing when merged/imported into scene?

 To adjust the rendered spline:

1. Choose a shape
2. Click on the Modifiers menu
3. Select Patch/Spline Editing
4. Select Renderable Spline Modifier

From the Rendering menu, choose render setup. Select the control panel from the dialog box. Another dialog box for common parameters is displayed. Here, in the Area to Render section, choose the Selected option from the drop down.

To change properties of a door after deselecting and then reselecting, follow the steps given below:

• Go to the selection tool to reselect door
• Go to the access the properties panel to modify position, scale, rotation, or material.

To clear the rotation of all bones, use A twice and select all, then press Alt + R to clear rotation. The bones will now be reset to their real rotations.
