How to Create a Discount in Square Invoices?

To process recurring payments using Square Recurring Invoices, follow the steps given below:

• Open Square Invoice
• Navigate to the Invoices section
• Hit ‘Create Invoice’
• Input the required details
• Enable the ‘Make this a Recurring Payment’ option
• Determine the time and frequency
• Save your recurring invoice settings
• Share it with your customer

To issue a refund for a Square Invoice, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Square Invoice account
• Navigate to the Transactions section
• Find the transaction for the invoice you wish to refund
• Hit Issue Refund
• Select the amount to refund and give a reason if required
• Confirm the refund request

Square Invoices does not support direct imports from Google Docs. However, you can manually copy the information from your Google Doc and paste it into the respective fields (such as customer details, item descriptions) when creating a new invoice in Square.
