To create a table in Notion, follow the steps given below:
- Open your Notion account
- Navigate to the page where you wish to add the table
- Type <code>/table</code> and choose the first option from the dropdown menu
- Add columns by clicking the ‘+’ button on the right side of the table
- Add rows by pressing the ‘+’ button that appears when you hover over the last row
- To add a column in between two columns, press on the ‘6 dots’ icon by hovering over a column. Then click Insert Left or Insert Right depending on your requirements
- To add a row between two rows, Press on the ‘6 dots’ icon by hovering over a row. Then click ‘Insert Above’ or ‘Insert Below’ depending on your requirements
- Drag the corners to change the table's size
- Click on a cell to add content to it
- To go horizontally, Utilize the tab key
