You must set up an interface between Square and Xero using a third-party service like Amaka to sync invoices that remain between the two systems. To do this follow the steps given below:
- Navigate to the ‘Square + Xero’ dashboard
- Sign in to your Square account
- Hit ‘Allow’ to allow all required permissions
- Click the ‘Connect new account’ option to authenticate your Xero account
- Select the Xero organization that you wish to connect to
- Press on the ‘Allow access’ button
- Press on ‘Save + Continue’ and accept Amaka’s terms and conditions.
Note: The Square + Xero integration is only available in Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and United States.
