There are essentially two steps in syncing selective accounts/contacts from Zoho CRM into Zoho Invoice, they are as follows:
Create a custom view in Zoho CRM:
- Open your Zoho CRM account
- Navigate to 'Setup'
- Go to 'Modules and Fields' under 'Customization'
- Click on the module you wish to sync
- Include 'Zoho Invoice' as a new checkbox field in the layout.
- Make a new view and make sure that the ‘Zoho Invoice’ filter is selected.
Set up Zoho Invoice integration:
- Open your Zoho Invoice account
- Navigate to the integration settings
- Choose 'Zoho CRM' as the source of integration
- Choose the custom view you made using the 'Zoho Invoice' filter when deciding which view to sync.
