To stop a payment scheduled for autopay on BillDesk, follow the steps given below:

  • Open your BillDesk account
  • go to the ‘Scheduled Bills’ section
  • Search for the specific payment you wish to cancel
  • Click on the ‘Delete’ option
  • Make sure that you cancel the payment before the scheduled payment date as you will not be able to cancel a payment after it has been processed.
