How is fraud ratio calculated in Maxpay?

When a customer disputes a transaction made with their credit or debit card with their issuing bank, the money is returned to the customer and taken out of the merchant’s account. This is known as a ‘chargeback’. This can happen in Maxpay if a customer claims they did not authorize a purchase, received incorrect product, did not receive the product at all, or suspects fraudulent activity on their card, etc.

To start the integration process with Maxpay, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Maxpay account
• Navigate to the Payment pages section
• Create a new application
• Input the required details
• In the Product section, Create a new product
• Navigate to the Payment methods section,
• Turn on a payment method
• In the Payment form area, customize the payment widget.
• Test the payment widget to ensure the redirect URLs work and callback data is received
• Forward the application for evaluation to the Maxpay Team
• Email the callback URL for the whitelist.
• Choose Firewall under Account Settings
• Input the value for the production callback URL
• Make a whitelisting request

• sign up online by providing your company details
• complete the application process

To recover a Maxpay password, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Maxpay account
• Press on the ‘Forgot password’ button, below the ‘password’ section
• Input the email address that you used to register
• Proceed with the steps as instructed in the email you receive
