This is known as a ‘chargeback’. This can happen in Maxpay if a customer claims they did not authorize a purchase, received incorrect product, did not receive the product at all, or suspects fraudulent activity on their card, etc.

Maxpay calculates fraud ratio by dividing the number of fraud alerts by the amount of sales in a given month.

• Open your Maxpay account
• Navigate to the Payment pages section
• Create a new application
• Input the required details
• In the Product section, Create a new product
• Navigate to the Payment methods section,
• Turn on a payment method
• In the Payment form area, customize the payment widget.
• Test the payment widget to ensure the redirect URLs work and callback data is received
• Forward the application for evaluation to the Maxpay Team
• Email the callback URL for the whitelist.
• Choose Firewall under Account Settings
• Input the value for the production callback URL
• Make a whitelisting request
