What is the procedure to alter two specific lines in an Apache configuration file?

The changes in the Apache configuration file can be made using Jinja template for the whole configuration file and then build it based on vars. These alterations are recognized only upon starting or restarting the server by httpd. Moreover, other configuration files can be added with the Include directive and we can add many configuration files using wildcards.
