One can manage orders in Insatmojo in the following ways:
- Track orders
- Open your Instamojo account
- Go to the dashboard
- Choose Online store
- Click on Orders
- Select the ‘All Orders’ option
- Orders can be filtered based on product name, payment status, and shipment status. You can also look up orders using the buyer's name, email address, or order ID.
- Manage abandoned carts
- Go to the dashboard
- Choose Online store
- Press Orders
- Choose the ‘Abandoned carts’ option
- Clicking View will show the order information. If the customer does not finish the transaction within thirty minutes, you can get notified via email regarding abandoned carts.
- Enable automatic order status tracking
- Go to the dashboard
- Hit Update Order Status
- Check the toggle next to Tracking ID
- Input the tracking ID
- Choose the shipping provider
- Click save
- Issue refunds
- Go to the Resolution Center to Issue refunds.
