To Manage Leads Seamlessly on Refrens, follow the steps given below:
- Open your Refrens account
- Navigate to Clients and Leads > Lead management
- Click on ‘View leads’ next to a pipeline, to get an overview of all the leads in that particular pipeline
- Utilize the filters to sort out the leads. You can also use the search bar to find a particular lead
- Click on the leads to expand their details in the customer details section and track your interactions with them
- Any additional details about the leads added using the custom fields will appear in the customer details section
- In the customer details section, click on ‘change’ button next to lead assignee to assign the lead to a salesperson. The salesperson will then be able to connect with the lead via email or WhatsApp directly from Refrens
- While sending a mail, choose a reason from the ‘select a reason for sending the mail’ option
- The system will then automatically provide you with a template for the mail. One can make changes to the mail or send it as it is
- Depending on your interaction with the lead, you can change the lead stage
- Click on the ‘follow up on’ button to select a date and time you wish to follow up with the lead. Refrens will remind you whenever the follow up is due
- Click on the +Add labels to add a label to the lead
- Click on the budget button to add the lead’s estimated budget
- You can also change the source of the lead by clicking on the ‘change’ button next to the ‘source of lead’ option.
- One can record additional information regarding the lead activity and keep their team members on the loop using the ‘Internal Notes’ option
- An audit log of the changes made to the lead by the team members can be viewed in the ‘Activity History’ tab
- One can create a quotation directly from the lead management page by clicking on the ‘Create Quotation’ option.
- One can select multiple leads from the ‘Leads Dashboard’ and click on the bulk action button to make changes in bulk
