To Create and Manage Your Contacts with HostBooks Accounting Software, follow the steps given below:

• Open your HostBooks account
• Navigate to the ‘Contacts’ module’
• Click on the ‘+Contact’ icon
• Select the contact type and Input the required details
• And click on ‘Verify’
• Click on ‘Accept’
• Click on Save
• To edit a specific contact, go to the contact and click on the ‘EDIT CONTACT’ option

  • The e-way bill date and number will be shown
  • Hit Go
  • Press on the ‘View Details’ option to check the details
  • Save the e-way bill.
• Update transportation details

  • Navigate to the ‘Update Part B’ on the left part of the screen
  • Press the ‘Update Transportation Details’ option
  • Enter the date and place of the change
  • Select a reason from the drop-down menu.
• Reject
  • The e-way bill can be rejected If the delivery isn't received. To do this, the e-way bill number is required.
• Cancel
