How to Create Bills of Materials in RealBooks

To Create a Company & Basic Configurations in RealBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open the official website of RealBooks
• Click on the ‘Get Started Now’ button
• Input the required details
• Click on ‘Send Email Verification Code’
• Add the password details and input the verification code
• Click on Create New Company
• Navigate to Settings > Configuration
• Enable the required features
• Add GST details from the compliances tab
• Click on Configure
• Click on Create GST Ledgers
• Add the required details
• Hit the ‘Create GST Ledgers’ option

To Create a GST Unregistered Creditor Ledger in RealBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your RealBooks account
• Navigate to Masters > Account > Ledger > Create
• Input the required details and set ledger category as party
• Select the GST registration as ‘Unregistered’ in the ‘Party info’ tab
• Fill in the rest of the details
• Click on Save

To Create a GST Registered Creditor Ledger in RealBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your RealBooks account
• Navigate to Masters > Accounts > Ledger > Create
• Input the required details and set the ledger category as party
• Select the GST registration as ‘Registered’ in the ‘Party info’ tab
• After adding the necessary details, click on save

To create a segment in RealBooks, follow the steps given below;

• Open your RealBooks account
• Navigate to Masters > Account > Segment > Create
• Input the required details
• Disable the toggle next to the ‘Allow Sub Segment’ option
• Add the details in each tab
• Click on save
