How to Create Bills of Materials in RealBooks

To register a Vendor in RealBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your RealBooks account
• Navigate to Master > Accounts > Ledger > Create
• Input the required details and select the category as Party
• Enable the toggle next to ‘Activity Bill’
• Drag and drop the supporting documents
• Add the required details in other tabs
• Click on save

To import Bank Statement in RealBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your RealBooks account
• Navigate to Transactions > Import-Export > Import > Bank
• Select the bank format, RealBooks’ posting ledger, business place and click on choose file
• Select the bank statement and click on upload
• Click on Search to check the upload status
• Hit ‘click’ to view the uploaded entries
• Scroll right and clear the ‘Suspense account’ by tagging the bill reference
• Update the narration
• Navigate back and hit ‘Click’ to view the daybook listing
• Press enter to open edit
• Navigate to the ‘Option’ button on the top right corner and click the checkbox next to ‘Entry Information’, ‘Notes’ and ‘Ledgers’

To upload Documents via Drop Box in RealBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Go to the official website of Dropbox and create an account. If you have an existing account, it can also be used
• Ensure that you are logged in to the Dropbox account
• Open your RealBooks account
• Navigate to settings > Dropbox settings
• Click on the ‘Link Your Dropbox Account’ option
• Allow App Permission and copy the given code
• Navigate back to RealBooks and paste the code
• Click on OK
• Select the Integrated Dropbox account
• Two folders will get created automatically, which are upload and Upload_done
• Click on Save configuration
• Navigate to the Dropbox list tab
• Navigate to Settings > Upload from Dropbox
• Click on the ‘Upload from Dropbox’ button and press ‘OK’ on the popup

• Open your Realbooks account
• Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Inventory > Price list
• Enable the toggle next to ‘Price List’
• Enable the other options as per your requirements
• Navigate to Settings > TXN configuration
• Input the voucher details and click on search
• Select ‘Yes’ to fetch rate from price list
• Select 'Yes’ to auto populate the items in order
• Click on save
• Navigate to Masters > Inventory > Price List > Create
• Name the template and set its ranking
• Input the required details and press Enter to add a new row
• Click on Save
• Create a new price list and repeat the previous process
• Click on Save
• Navigate to Masters > Account > Ledger > Create
• Input the required details and enable the toggle next to ‘Attach Price List’
• Navigate to the ‘Attach Price Level’ tab and assign segment wise price list
• Enable the toggle next to ‘Show Multiple Price List’ to choose price list in order
• Click on save
• Go to Transaction > Inventory > Sales Cycle > Sales Order
• Input the required details and go to the ‘Price List’ tab
• Choose Price List from the Dropdown Menu
• Fill in the Required Details
• Click on Populate Item

To create an Order to Receive cycle in RealBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your RealBooks account
• Go to Settings > Configuration > Inventory > Order Management
• Enable the toggle next to Order Management
• Enable Sale Order and the other options as per the requirements
• Enable the Delivery Order and other options as per the requirements
• Navigate to Settings > Configurations > Miscellaneous > Process > Create Process
• Name the template
• Select the drop-down list and choose the suitable voucher type for every process
• Press the checkbox next to each process type to use the entire chain of SO-DO-Sale, which marks that the user wishes to activate every step of the process cycle
• Navigate to Transactions > Inventory > Sales Cycle > Sales Order
• Input the required details in every tab
• Click on Save
• Navigate to Transactions > Inventory > Sales Cycle > Delivery Order
• Input the required details
• After adding a party ledger, you will be sent to the ‘Reference’ tab, which will show you all the open sales orders for that vendor
• Click on the checkbox on the left side of each entry to tag the Sales Order reference
• Click on Go
• Click on Save
• Navigate to Transactions > Inventory > Sales Cycle > Sale
• Input the required details
• After adding the party ledger, you will be redirected to the ‘Reference’ tab, which will show you all the open delivery orders for that vendor
• Click on the checkbox on the left side of each entry to tag the delivery Order reference and clicking on ‘Search’
• You will be redirected to the ‘Item’, there you can make the required changes
• Click on Compute
• You will be redirected to the ‘Accounts’ tab
• The tax ledgers will automatically update in the accounts tab
• If you wish to add any additional ledgers, Press the '+’ icon or hit enter to add a new row
• Click on Submit
