How to create a new role in Iterable?

To create a custom event in Iterable, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Iterable account
• Navigate to Settings and go to Data Schema Management
• In the custom events section, Press Define New Event
• Input a name for the event in the Event name field
• Choose a Retention Period to decide how long Iterable keeps the event before it's automatically deleted
• Press on Create Event.

To add members to an organization in Iterable, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Iterable account
• Navigate to Settings and go to Organization Members
• Press New Member
• In the form, enter the required credentials
• Choose an organization role, either admin or member.

To add a Widget in Iterable, follow the steps given below:

• Go to Insights and click on Dashboard
• Press Add Widget
• Choose a type of widget that you wish to add.

To create a new campaign in Iterable, follow the steps given below:

• Navigate to Messaging and choose Campaigns
• Press New campaign and select a message medium
• Give a name to the campaign and include labels for organization
• Set up a destination, or a group of websites and applications, to receive push and in-app campaigns.

To manage Journeys in Iterable, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Iterable account
• Navigate to Messaging
• Click on the ‘Journey’ icon
• You will now be able to manage your journeys by creating, archiving, turning journeys on and off and copying existing journeys.
