How can a user set up custom lead scores in Ortto?

To create a new report using a template in Ortto, Follow the steps given below:

• Open your Orrto account
• Navigate to the Reports page and select ‘new report’
• Choose a template depending on specific data source or use case integration as the basis to build your report
• Under the ‘Shared with me’ section, you can choose templates that have been saved previously or select from templates that have been shared with you from different Ortto accounts
• After you have chosen a template, select the ‘Use template’ option to begin
• You'll need to select the appropriate accounts if the template you choose uses information from a connected data source
• If you wish, you can rename the report once you have selected it
• The report will appear as a preview of the previous 30 days and be pre-configured.

A user can add single and multiple organizations to their CDP in Ortto. To add organizations to your CDP in Ortto, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Ortto account
• Navigate to settings and click on general to enable the Organizations feature
• Add a single organization:
  • Navigate to the Organizations page
  • Select Add organization and enter a name for it
  • Select OK.
• Import multiple organizations:
  • Navigate to the Organizations page
  • Select the ‘More’ option and click on Import
  • Click on ‘Spreadsheet import’
  • Follow the process to import the data.

In Ortto, a dashboard can be created from scratch, but it will appear blank until reports have been added to it. To create a dashboard from scratch, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Ortto account
• Navigate to the dashboards page and go to the dashboard selector
• Next to the new dashboard option, select the ‘Edit icon’ to give your dashboard a name
• Now, add reports to your dashboard by either creating a new report or selecting an existing one
• Click done to save changes.

To create a new dashboard using template in Ortto, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Ortto account
• Navigate to the dashboards page and select ‘New dashboard’ from the dashboard selector
• Click on the ‘View all dashboard templates’ option or you can search for a template
• Choose a template and press on ‘Use template’.

To create a new custom email template, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Orrto account
• Navigate to the Asset Manager page and select new asset
• Select the ‘Email’ option to start creating your email template on the ‘New campaign’ page
• To create a new template from scratch, select the ‘Start from scratch’ option
• If you wish to modify an existing template that you have, choose that template on the left-hand side under ‘My saved templates’
• On the Setup section, input the email setup fields as required
• Now you can edit the assets as required in the Content section
• Press Next to continue
• Now, you can send a test of the email draft by selecting Send test
• On the Review section, you’ll see an overview of the content and setup
• To publish the asset, press on Publish.
