To cancel subscription in Brevo, follow the steps given below:
- Open your Brevo account
- Navigate to your account name and select the ‘My Plan’ option
- Click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ option at the bottom of the page
- Only one subscription can be cancelled at a time, so if you have different subscription plans choose the subscription you wish to cancel
- Now state the reason why you decided to cancel your subscription
- You might need to explain your decision for some of these reasons before you confirm it
- Now to confirm, and choose ‘Yes, I want to cancel my subscription’.
