To archive or unarchive a segment in Customer.io, follow the steps given below:
- Open your Customer.io account
- Navigate to the Segments page
- Select the segment that you wish to archive or unarchive
- Now, click on the ‘Options’ button and choose the option to archive or unarchive the segment
- Multiple unused segments can be archived or unarchived in the segments page by checking the box next to them selecting the archive or unarchive option
Note: A segment that is currently in use cannot be archived, you can see if a segment is in use in your workspace by checking the usage tab.
