To import contacts to Mailchimp from other services, follow the steps given below:
- Open your Mailchimp account
- Click on the ‘Audience’ tab and then select ‘Audience dashboard’
- If you have more than one audience, click on the Current audience drop-down menu and select the one you want to work with
- Now, navigate to the Manage Audience drop-down menu and select Import contacts
- Choose the ‘Import from another service’ option
- Click on Continue
- Now select the integration tile that you want to work with
- A checkmark will be present for previously connected integrations
- After the app is connected, select Done.
