How do you edit the ticket view on Deskera CRM?

To edit the ticket view on Deskera CRM, follow the steps given below:

  • Tap on Settings
  • Choose Ticket > Ticket View
  • A list of tickets gets displayed, choose the one that you wish to modify and then select the edit button


  • Update the required changes and then press the Save button
  • If there’s a particular ticket that is irrelevant press the three dots and choose Inactive.
