To create a new campaign in Deskera CRM, follow the steps given below:
- Open Deskera CRM and then login using your credentials
- Tap the ‘+ Campaign’ from the top right corner
- Fill the required details on Add Campaign page like Campaign Name, Subject and Category type
- Move forward with the Recipient Section and fill the required sections
- Once you are done filling the required sections move to the next page, i.e., Select Template
- Filter out the required template and choose the one that catches your eye
- Now go to the Publish Details section and enter the recipient details
- Tap on Send Test Email and cross-check the email details. Cross-check the layout as well
- Tap the Schedule button and launch the campaign
- Go the final stage, i.e., Finish tab, verify the entered data and tap ‘Go to Campaign’ button
- You'll be able to view the list of campaigns that you have created.
