Zyber 365 Raises $100 Million Fund at $1.2 Billion Valuation from SRAM and MRAM Group

The Web3 cybersecurity startup, Zyber, raised $100 million from the UK-based Group.

The company was started in May 2023 with its headquarters in London and an operational base in India. Founded by Pearl Kapur and Sunny Vaghela, an ethical hacker, Zyber 365 aims for India to be the hub of its operations. “The influx of capital will play a pivotal role in fuelling the company’s expansion plans, enhancing its technological capabilities, and solidifying its global market presence,” it said.

The company offers an operating system that is decentralized and secure. It adheres to the sustainable environment’s elemental principles. A range of Web3 products such as Layer-0 to Layer-2 Blockchains, data analytics, web browser, non-fungible token (NFT), software development, initial coin offering, and decentralized identities. These can either be leveraged together as a whole Web3 ecosystem or as a standalone app based on user needs.

Zyber 365’s cofounder Vaghela says that with this capital the company will grow and solidify its hold in the Web3 ecosystem. It will also have a diversified portfolio in terms of AI and Cybersecurity. SRAM & MRAM Group believes their investment in Zyber 365 will pave the way for growth and success for the startup.
