KaarTech, the Chennai-based SaaS Company raises a fund from Mumbai-based firm A91 to make its presence stronger in overseas markets.

This new capital will be used to amplify organic and inorganic growth across the markets of the Middle East, the European Union, and North America. Gautam Mago and Kaushik Anand from A91 will be joining KaarTech after this investment.

“The partnership with A91 will catapult KaarTech into an unprecedented era of expansion, propelling us towards our aspiration of going public, despite our humble bootstrapped origins. This association will bolster our ability to expand geographically and augment our services portfolio in-organically,” said the CEO of KaarTech, Maran Nagarajan.

KaarTech was founded in 2006 and is a SaaS consulting company specializing in providing IP along with digital services. This fund comes at the time of economic slowdown happening globally and adversely affecting SaaS firms on macroeconomic factors.
