For accelerating the development of Partful’s ‘exploding’ 3D parts Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Platform, it has received a fund of £2.4 million.
The platform is a catalogue of digital 3D interactive parts work instructions support tool. It allows users to spot product parts quickly and accurately with the help of a 3D explosion view and accordingly place their orders. The work instructions module also shows the step-by-step manual for the product repairers along with on-the-job training for maintenance engineers.
“This funding is great news as it will help propel the development of our ‘exploding’ 3D parts platform and help us scale our growth by catering to a larger audience. We’re incredibly excited about unleashing the potential of this technology on a global scale,” says the CEO and co-founder, Sam Burgess.
This new investment will aid the expansion of Partful’s engineering team responsible for developing the innovative platform. This will support the transition of the manufacturing industry to a circular economy. The funding will result in faster growth in U.S. and European markets, accelerating Partful’s adoption.
