Malta’s GO collaborates with Nokia to adopt its SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution, AVACharging. In the release, the decision objective is to accelerate the market for the all new 5G and IoT (Internet of Things) devices. This will then strengthen the partnership of the companies.
GO is an existing partner of Nokia 5G RAN, and it will now change from SurePay solution to AVA Charging SaaS by Nokia. This will allow the company to get hold of the software subscription model, enabling quick customer adoption and streamlined installation of the software.
By adopting the SaaS model, GO expects notable reductions of costs while advancing the introduction of IoT and 5G services in the market. Nokia said that this SaaS solution will offer advanced capabilities. That will include no-code configuration, seamless network integrations, TM Forum open APIs, etc. Enabling GO to commercialize the new services flexibly.
In the official release, it was said that AVA Charging SaaS solution from Nokia incorporates important insights about. These insights are derived from several customer engagements, that will empower GO to accelerate the monetization of the services.
This collaboration will extend to customer services like cloud gaming, including enterprise services provisioning to markets like utilities, healthcare, logistics, etc
As the ongoing 5G collaboration of GO continues with Nokia, it is anticipated to provide coverage by the end of the year. The SaaS solution is set to transform the charging systems of 5G. This will help in enhancing GO’s ability in accelerating the monetization efforts and give advanced products and services, that will add a greater value to the clients.
