Disprz Acquired USD 30 Million During the Series C Funding Round

SaaS startup Disprz raised USD30 million through the Series C funding led by Lumos Capital along with 360 ONE Asset. Since its inception in 2015, the startup has been able to raise around $22.4 million. It was founded by Subbu Viswanathan and Kuljit Chadha.

The raised capital will be used to expand its global share and make investments in various generative AI solutions. It has almost 350 clients spread across India, Southeast Asia, Middle East, etc. It is also planning to expand its reach in US Philippines, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia.

CEO, Subbu Viswanathan said on this funding, “The company has been recording growth of 80-110% and expects to maintain this momentum in the next two years.”

The SaaS startup has clients in three sectors including BFSI, e-commerce, and retail. To have a skill-based workforce, Disprz sees increased preferences among corporates, and its technology software helps to map the whole process, including learning and upskilling solutions.

Disprz is also planning to form strategic partnerships in addition to market expansion and product development. Partnerships are forming with HCM players, learning content players, assessment players, global HR consulting companies, etc. By covering each stage of the employee’s lifecycle, the startup aims to become a people intelligence suite in the near future.
