New Delhi: Black Mountain Software, which is a Polson based billing and accounting software for local authorities (primarily Governments) has recently acquired Fiscalsoft.
Fiscalsoft is a leading company from Kentucky that specializes in accounting and payroll software for local governments. The exact amount of money for the deal wasn’t disclosed.
This acquisition means that Black Mountain Software can now offer even more services to local governments. It also marks their first step into Kentucky, where Fiscalsoft is already well-known. Fiscalsoft’s president is Ryan Smith and it makes software that’s easy for local governments to use and covers all their needs.
Black Mountain Software, which is supported by Peterson Partners, focuses on helping small to medium-sized local governments across the U.S. It has a big team and offers 30 different applications tailored for busy towns, counties, districts, and schools.
