To copy a template in Zoho Projects, open the template, click the More options, and select Duplicate. You can then modify the copy as needed.

To add new users to Zoho Projects, go to the People module and click Add New User. Enter the user's details like name, email, role, etc., and save. You can also add users to specific projects or teams from their respective pages.
