What is Wispform?

Wispform is a compact form builder that can be used to generate beautiful forms, quizzes and surveys from time to time. The integrated survey tool helps organizations generate accurate surveys in minutes, comprising 15+ question types and thank you pages. It allows users to even add brand-specific logos, relevant images and taglines to drive customers’ attention in real-time. Moreover, a meaningful integration with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, facilitates a better understanding of the generated forms, enabling coordinators to monitor the responses given by individual customers in a comprehensive way. The generated reports can be exported in CSV, PDF and xlsx formats. 

How does Wispform help users to accept recurring payments for their subscriptions?

1. Step 1: Coordinators can embed a subscription question in their forms, enabling the responders to choose a plan of their convenience and add-in card information as well.
2. Step 2: Organisations can integrate with Stripe, to set up a secure payment option for transactions made through credit card numbers and bank information.
3. Step 3: In case enterprises have a pre-existing Stripe account, they can utilize the same or generate a new one to carry on with the payment collection program.
4. Step 4: Once the integration process gets completed, users can add a subscription program of their choice. All they need to do is select the product on the left navigation dashboard and hit the “Add product” button.  
5. Step 5: They need to enter product-specific details and define a recurring subscription option. It can be an annual or a monthly plan.
6. Step 6: Once sorted with the Stripe integration process, users can add in a subscription question of their choice. They can also remove the unnecessary plans as per convenience.

Is it possible to share or embed the generated forms, using Wispform Survey tool?

1. Share URL: Coordinators can go live and share the generated form using a configurable URL within the subdomain of Wispform, multiple social media sites and Email as well.
2. Embed Within your Website: Forms can be embedded within the users’ website either by adding in a button that opens the form as a popup or by embedding the entire form.
3. Track and Analyze: Real-time and accurate integration with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, facilitates a better understanding of the entire journey of an individual customer.
