Users with registered businesses can purchase goods from merchants on the platform to satisfy their business needs. Users are not permitted to utilize any products acquired through the platform for resale, advertising, business, or further distribution.

For each purchase made, users will receive a Tax Invoice (or 'GST invoice') that includes specific details such as:
- the GSTIN of the user associated with their registered business, and
- the specified Entity Name for their business.
It should be noted that not all products are eligible for GST Invoice. Only the products displayed by participating sellers with the 'GST-based Invoice Available' callout on the product description page would qualify.

Certain goods and services are not eligible to get a GST Invoice, including items with VAS, i.e., Value Added Services (e.g., Total Mobile Protection/Assured Buyback) and those involving an exchange offer at the time of purchase.

“Simple Invoicing but Could Use More Features”

Swipez is a simple and quick invoicing tool for small businesses. It's perfect if you're looking for something that gets the job done without too many distractions. You can easily send invoices and track payments. But if you need more advanced features, like detailed reporting or extensive customization options, it may not be the best fit. It’s a straightforward, no-fuss tool for basic invoicing needs.

Pros : Swipez is very simple to use for sending out quick invoices. I like that I don’t need any training to get started, and it has everything laid out in a way that makes sense. I can send out an invoice in just a few clicks, and tracking payments has been straightforward.

Cons : I feel like it lacks a bit in features. There aren’t many tools for managing larger client lists or customizing the invoices beyond basic options. It also doesn’t offer in-depth reports, which might be a dealbreaker if you need more detailed analytics for your business.

Reason to switch : I switched to Swipz because I wanted a more streamlined, basic invoicing system without all the extra functions I didn’t use in my previous software.
