“Solid Support but Could Do with Some Cleanup”

In general, my interactions with SugarCRM's customer service have been positive. One drawback is that they frequently retain outdated features rather than updating or removing them, which can give the platform a bloated feel.

“Great for Niche Industries but Not the Easiest for Beginners”

It is difficult to discover in most CRMs, yet it works incredibly well for sectors like cloud kitchens. However, it may first feel a little intimidating if you are unfamiliar with CRMs. For me, the procedure would have been much simpler with a guided setup or onboarding.

“Perfect for Integrations but Lacks Advanced Reporting”

The way SugarCRM interfaces with programs I already use, like MailChimp, QuickBooks, and others, is great. It simplifies things and eases lives. But in terms of reporting, it works well for the fundamentals; you will need to use third-party solutions if you require more in-depth information.
