Absence Quota Configuration is a field that directly tells what selection rule group should be used for the quota type to create absence quotas. You can also schedule the report so that the number of days the employee was absent can be calculated in an appropriate way.

Positive time management is when the worker must ‘Puch-in’ (the time he gets in the office) and ‘Punch-outs’ (the time he gets out of the office).There is a time bracket within which the employee should be in the office. If he fails to do so it will be considered that he/she has taken a day off.
