“Awesome CRM! Just love it!”

My previous CRM did not provide proper lead tracking and deal management features. So I switched to Office24by7 CRM since April 2024. Now I'm writing this review after using it for 8 months. Now I have a properly functioning CRM to manage my clients data. I also don't have to depend on any other app to call my leads or conduct SMS campaigns. Everything is there in this one little package. I'm really surprised how an efficient CRM like this, which comes at a very minimal cost, is very less known in the market. They don't indulge in huge marketing gimmicks, they are pretty straightforward and focussed on delivering excellent services. If you are still confused, then I definitely recommend going for it.

Reason to switch : Office24by7 is much cheaper, and supports all types of campaigns other than voice (SMS, email, RCS, WhatsApp). It also comes with a CRM, which helps me manage my lead data and approach the clients in a systematic manner.
