To insert a picture in Krita, follow the steps given below:

• Create a new canvas
• Go to the Layer tab present in the menu bar
• Select Import/Export
• Choose Import Layer
• Select the image of your choice and then press the Open Button
• The image gets imported onto your canvas.

To rotate canvas in Krita, choose either of these ways:

• Press Shift + Space and canvas starts rotating in clockwise direction
• ‘Ctrl+ [’ or ‘Ctrl+]’ for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation
• Press 4 or 6 for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation respectively.

To draw anime good using Krita, follow the steps given below:

• Create a new custom canvas in Krita
• Set the aspect ratio as 1280 x 1024 and its DPI value to 72
• Pick a background color and then fill the canvas with it
• Choose two transparent layers from the Layer docker menu
• Select the Straight-Line tool and then draw a straight line at the bottom of the canvas
• Click on the Walkcycle layer and then draw the body and head of your character
• Select the Hold frame option and then choose Hold Frame
• Again, draw your character with a different pose to show movement. Add a keyframe at this point
• Create new frames in between each keyframe
• Go to the Animation Settings and set the framerate to 4
• Choose all the frames and then just press the Play button.

To make an anime picture using Krita, follow the steps given below:

To fix Krita’s pen pressure, follow the steps given below:

• Open Krita’s app and then go it Settings
• Choose Tablet Settings
• Select Windows 8+ Pointer Input Ink
• Now restart the app and then go to Configure Toolbars Settings
• Click on Krita, from the menu bar
• Move Use Pen Pressure to Current Actions
• Now just click OK and Apply.
