“Useful for Payroll and Attendance, but Needs Better Support”

Pros : Kredily has been useful for tracking attendance, payroll, and leave balances for my employees. It centralizes everything and makes it easier to manage HR tasks without juggling multiple tools.

Cons : The customer support could be quicker. When I’ve had issues, it sometimes takes a while to get a response, which can slow down operations.

Reason to switch : I chose Kredily because Keka was getting too expensive, and Kredily offered a more affordable option with similar features for my small business.

“Great Software for Managing Payroll”

Pros : Kredily has helped simplify payroll and attendance management for my company. It’s been convenient to issue payslips, and the leave management feature helps both employees and HR keep track of time off.

Cons : One thing that could improve is the speed of the platform. Sometimes it takes a while to load, which can be frustrating when I need to get things done quickly.

Reason to switch : I switched from Zoho People to Kredily because it’s more budget-friendly and focuses on the features I need for my business.

“Helpful HR Solution but Logs Out Automatically”

Pros : Kredily is an excellent platform for keeping track of employees’ leave, attendance, and payroll. It’s been easy to store all the important data in one place, and it’s accessible for both managers and employees.

Cons : The auto-logout feature can be annoying, especially when you’re in the middle of a task. I often find myself having to re-enter my login details, which disrupts my work.

Reason to switch : I switched to Kredily because Darwinbox felt too feature-heavy for our small team. Kredily offered the specific tools we needed without the extra complexity.
