To track payments in Invoicely, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Invoicely account
• Navigate to the ‘Invoices’ section
• Open an invoice
• Press the ‘More’ option in the lower-right corner
• A page will open where you can view, add, edit, and remove payments

To send a payment confirmation email from Invoicely, follow the steps given belwo:

• Open your Invoicely account
• Go to the 'Invoices' section
• Open the relevant invoice
• Click on 'Manage Payments' in the upper right corner in the Actions menu
• Input the payment details
• A receipt will automatically be generated after payment is logged
• Click on the receipt number from the payment entry
• A Payment receipt will open, share the receipt via email

To manage clients in Invoicely, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Invoicely account
• Navigate to the 'Clients' section
• Hit 'Add Client' or select an existing client to edit their details
• Update the required information
• Save the changes

To import a PayPal invoice into Invoicely, follow the steps given below:

• Open your PayPal account
• Navigate to the ‘Activity’ section
• Click on the ‘Download’ option
• Choose the format as ‘CSV’
• Download the Invoices
• Open your Invoicely account
• Navigate to 'Invoices'
• Press 'Import'
• Choose the CSV file and configure the fields to match Invoicely’s format
• Hit 'Import' to upload the invoices.
