Users with registered businesses can purchase goods from merchants on the platform to satisfy their business needs. Users are not permitted to utilize any products acquired through the platform for resale, advertising, business, or further distribution.

For each purchase made, users will receive a Tax Invoice (or 'GST invoice') that includes specific details such as:
- the GSTIN of the user associated with their registered business, and
- the specified Entity Name for their business.
It should be noted that not all products are eligible for GST Invoice. Only the products displayed by participating sellers with the 'GST-based Invoice Available' callout on the product description page would qualify.

Certain goods and services are not eligible to get a GST Invoice, including items with VAS, i.e., Value Added Services (e.g., Total Mobile Protection/Assured Buyback) and those involving an exchange offer at the time of purchase.

“I needed something that was easier to use across all my devices.”

Pros : With Invoice2go, organizing my invoicing system has been a lot easier.

Cons : One thing that’s missing is an automatic reminder for overdue invoices. I have to manually send notifications to clients, which can be a bit of a hassle.

“Keeps My Invoicing process Organized”

Pros : I love how easy it is to track everything with Invoice2go. I can keep tabs on which invoices have been paid and which are still outstanding, all in one place. It’s straightforward and works well on both my phone and computer.

Cons : The difference between the mobile app and the web app can be frustrating. They don’t always match up in terms of features and functionality, and it can be a hassle to switch between them.

Reason to switch : I needed something that was easier to use across all my devices.

“My first choice,I highly recommend this software”

Pros : What I like most is how easily I can customize my invoices. I can include all the necessary details, and it’s a snap to make them look professional.

Cons : As someone who doesn’t have a lot of invoices to send, the pricing feels a bit high.

Reason to switch : I needed a quicker way to create invoices.
