Since Invoice Simple's basic plan does not currently support multiple users, you might need to provide your login information in order to grant someone else access to your account.

• Navigate to 'Settings'
• Click on 'Email Preferences'
• Enable the option to receive a copy of all outgoing invoices and estimates by email.

To track payments in Invoice Simple, follow the steps give below:

• Open your Invoice Simple account
• Navigate to the 'Invoices' section
• Choose the invoice you wish to track
• Press on the 'Add Payment' option to record the details of the payment
• You can enter the payment method, date and amount
• Once you save, the invoice status will update accordingly
