“Ideal for Offline Access but Google-Centric”

The ability to view and custom my notes while offline is perfect for busy times. That said, it might not be as helpful if you are not completely integrated into the Google ecosystem.

Pros : It offers offline access. I can see and edit my notes even when I am offline. It also syncs them later.

Cons : If you are not fully integrated with Google, it is not as useful. So, it depends on the Google ecosystem.

Switched from : ClickUp

Reason to switch : ClickUp did not offer a simpler and faster note-taking app such as Google Keep.

“Free and Simple but Needs Better Reminders”

Google Keep has no hidden fees or subscription plans and is free to use. For those on a tight budget, it is a tremendous plus. The reminder mechanism could be more sophisticated.

“Fast Search but Not Ideal for Large Files”

Even if I forget to title a note, I can locate it in Google Keep. The search function saves a lot of time. When I need to arrange more than just text, it can be a little limited.

Pros : The search functionality comes in handy. I can find a note in seconds. Even when I forget to title the note.

Cons : It has attachment limits. It is not great for attaching large files. It is not good for storing multiple images as well.

Switched from : Notesnook

Reason to switch : I moved from Notesnook since Google Keep is much faster for quick reminder searches.
