“Great Mobile App but Data Storage is Limited”

I can remain on top of things even when I am on the go thanks to the FreeCRM mobile app. However, when my business expands, I may find it bothersome because the free plan has a limit on the amount of data I can keep.

“Good for Email Management but Limited Integrations”

I find it helpful as FreeCRM allows me to manage communication and sync my email accounts right from the platform. In contrast to other CRMs I have evaluated, it feels constrained, thus I wish it provided more third-party integrations.
