A CapSavvy CRM has inbuilt support / ticket management module. One can easily track all support request made by your client/ customer. It enables employee to track user’s support preferences and his past support requests. At the same time with integrated knowledge management and support article management, one can save a lot of time in resolving support requests, which has occurred before with same client.
A We do not provide on-site support as it is a cloud-based software where everything is stored on the internet and no physical device is installed at the customer’s premises.
