To import MP3 files to Ardour, follow the steps given below:

• Open Ardour
• Create a new session
• Navigate to 'Session'
• Click on 'Import'
• Choose your MP3 file
• The MP3 will be automatically converted to WAV, or another compatible format by Ardour.

To use plugins with Ardour, follow the steps given below:

• Install the plugin that you need
• Open Ardour
• Navigate to the bus or track you wish to add the plugin to
• Open the mixer
• Press on an empty slot
• Choose the plugin from the list.
