Ansys licensed software varies from ₹30,000 to 5Lakh depending upon the number of licenses purchased, its type and the person who’s buying it.

Ansys is a general-purpose software that has an inbuilt preprocessor, solver and post processing option.
On the other hand, Hypermesh is a pre-processing software that makes the executions of the program.
The most common software that industries prefer for completion of their day-to-day task is ERP System Software.

To install Ansys software:

1. Open the downloaded Zip file and extract its content.
2. Open the disk 1 iso file with Windows Explorer.
3. Launch Setup.exe and select install Ansys file.
4. Follow the instructions in the Setup Wizard.
5. After installation, click on exit.

The pre-processor used in ANSYS Fluent is Workbench. It is a software package used to build and mesh dummies for Computational Fluid Dynamics.

Although it is a user’s personal choice of which software they would like to work with, there are features like 3D Imaging and Design Analysis which are present in ANSYS but not in Fusion 360.
