To create new company in AlignBooks, follow the steps given below:\

• Open your AlignBooks account
• Click on the arrow button next to the AlignBooks icon on the top left corner of the screen
• Click on ‘Create Company’
• Input the required details
• Again Click on ‘Create Company’

To configure invoice/series in AlignBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your AlignBooks account
• Navigate to the ‘Sales’ module in the left bar of the screen
• Click on ‘Sales invoice’
• Click on the ‘Configuration’ option on the top right corner of the screen
• Scroll to the ‘Numbering Configuration’ settings
• Plot the setup as per your requirements
• Click on Save

To add notifications in AlignBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Click on the bell icon on the top left corner of the screen
• Press on ‘Add Notification’
• Select the people that you wish to send the notification to
• Add the message for the notification
• Click on Add

To do a basic company setup in AlignBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your AlignBooks account
• Navigate to the company setup
• Click on the ‘Basic’ tab
• Input the required details
• Click on Save

To Buy a Subscription in AlignBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Alignbooks account
• Click on the ‘Alignbooks icon’ in the top left corner of the screen
• Select ‘Buy Subscription’
• Input the required details and select the plan that you wish to buy
• You can check the features of the plans by scrolling down to the feature comparison page
• Now click on ‘Proceed for Payment’
• You will be redirected to the payment gateway page
• Select a payment gateway and proceed to pay.

To check Subscription information in AlignBooks, follow the steps given below:

• Open your AlignBooks account
• Click on the AlignBooks icon on the top left corner of the screen
• Your subscription information will be displayed on the popup

To update opening balance in Alignbooks, follow the steps given below:

• Click on ‘Opening Transactions’ in the top right corner of the screen
• Click on Opening Stock
• Now you can either update the opening of a single item by clicking on it and filling in the required information

You can update the opening of multiple items by importing an excel sheet. To do this follow the steps given below:

• Click on the drop-down menu next to the ‘Import’ option on the bottom of the page
• Click on ‘Download format’
• Now update the items in the downloaded template
• Save the template and import it back to AlignBooks by clicking on ‘Import’ and choosing the updated file
• Click on Save

To do a basic setup in AlignBooks for purchase, follow the steps given below:

• Navigate to Configuration
• Click on ‘Company Setup’
• Press on the ‘Purchase Setup’ option
• Enable Agent Wise Billing
• Plot the basic setup according to your requirements
• Click on Save

To do a basic setup in AlignBooks for sales, follow the steps given below:

• Navigate to Configuration
• Click on ‘Company Setup’
• Press on the ‘Sales Setup’ option
• Enable Agent Wise Billing and Salesman Wise Billing
• Plot the basic setup according to your requirements

To add input billing charges on Dispatch in AlignBooks, follow the steps given bellow:

• Open your AlignBooks account
• Go to ‘Company Setup’
• Click on ‘Sales Setup’
• Scroll down and find the ‘Input Billing Charges On Dispatch’ option
• Enable the option and click on save
